If you’re ready to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, Dr. Tina Shamsbod is the coach you want by your side. With a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and NASM certification in Personal Training, Tina combines expert knowledge of the body with practical fitness training to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.
Whether your focus is weight loss, muscle toning, improving cardiovascular health, or just overall wellness, Tina designs workouts that teach proper form and movement so you can avoid injury and get the best results. She blends resistance training, HIIT, boxing, and core-strengthening exercises to keep things fresh, fun, and challenging.
At Mind Body and Soul Fitness, Tina’s clients walk away feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to see their progress week after week.
Beyond personal training, Dr. Tina now offers chiropractic care at MBS Fitness, helping clients improve their alignment and relieve pain for better movement. She also works closely with menopausal women, creating personalized nutrition and exercise plans to ease symptoms and support long-term health.
